All client information including names, treatment dates, diagnoses, type of treatment and treatment records is strictly confidential. Records remain the property of Westside Physiotherapy and Hand Clinic.

All clerical staff are educated on our policy on confidentiality at the time of their orientation. All clinical staff are required to follow professional standards for confidentiality, as outlined by the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia.

Our mission is to provide quality care based on evidence-based practice with a focus on patient education and prevention of injury. It is our goal to provide individualized service according to each client's needs.
